The meat industry could face losses of $20 billion in 2020

The coronavirus pandemic has been especially crushing for the meat supply chain. As thousands of workers in the meat industry have contracted the virus and dozens have died, processing plants have had to shut their doors. Experts predict 2020 losses to be upward of $20 billion for the industry.
