The iShares Russell Top 200 Value ETF is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Wednesday, with over 345,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 110,000. Shares of IWX were up about 0.4% on the day.

In trading on Wednesday, the Oil Services ETF is outperforming other ETFs, up about 5.8% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Transocean, up about 13.8% and shares of Oil States International, up about 11.3% on the day.
